- After Shipping, unfortunately, we can't call it back. But if you let us know quickly, we can still ensure a smooth cancellation and get your refund processed promptly.
2. Product Return
We're sorry to hear our Sillbird product wasn't the right fit for you! Don’t worry—you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at service@sillbird.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief explanation for the return. This information helps us assist you more effectively. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
(Please note: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.)

1. When can I exchange my product?
You can exchange your unused product for a new one within 30 days of receipt if it has a verified quality issue.

About Refund
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
